Individual Therapy
At Hope Counseling, I offer therapy with kindness and teamwork, focusing on making you feel understood and supported. You know yourself best, and I respect the effort you bring. Together, we focus on your goals, values, and the changes you want to make for a better life. I use proven methods like EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, and mindfulness, adjusting to what you need. I understand trauma and focus on your strengths, helping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and other issues. Our work is active and cooperative—we look at patterns, build understanding, and create useful tools, while also allowing time for deep personal growth. I provide virtual therapy to clients in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, and Florida, with Arkansas coming soon. Whether you’re facing a crisis, healing from trauma, or seeking change, I aim to create a safe space where hope grows and healing begins.

Group Therapy & Support Groups
Rising Strong is an 8-month virtual therapeutic group currently seeking members. This group is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering space for women healing from domestic violence. Through guided discussions, trauma-informed practices, and the sharing of personal experiences, participants will reconnect with their sense of self, build emotional resilience, and learn practical tools for ongoing healing and growth. The group fosters genuine connection and mutual support, helping women move toward greater empowerment and emotional well-being.
Rooted Together is a support group for moms of neurodivergent and special needs children. This group was created for mothers who often carry more than others realize, offering a space for connection, validation, and relief. Whether you're navigating diagnoses, therapies, advocacy, or the emotional weight of caregiving, Rooted Together offers a space to feel seen, heard, and supported—because your well-being matters too.

ESA & PSD Assessments
I offer emotional support animal (ESA) and psychiatric service dog (PSD) evaluations only to clients in ongoing therapy. Assessments follow federal guidelines and focus on clinical need and therapeutic benefit. I do not provide one-time evaluations, letters, or certify a dog’s training or public access ability. Recommendations are based on a genuine therapeutic relationship and tailored treatment plans.

Clinical Supervision For Provisional Licensure & Clinical Internships
My clinical supervision style is supportive and collaborative, focusing on each clinician’s unique strengths and needs. I tailor our work to their goals and growth areas, helping with clinical skills, ethical issues, and building confidence. I enjoy guiding new clinicians, providing encouragement and a safe space to learn. I follow Colorado’s supervision rules and currently supervise clinicians practicing in Colorado.
As a licensed clinical social worker experienced in trauma care, therapy, and supervision, I offer internship placements for Colorado university students. Interns will find a supportive, hands-on environment to develop skills, reflect, and grow into ethical, client-focused professionals. I am dedicated to mentoring new clinicians and helping them succeed.
