Psychiatric Service Dog Letter Evaluations

Stephanie Spjuth, LCSW, completes psychiatric service dog (PSD) evaluations by telehealth for clients in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Nevada and Texas.

The evaluation fee is $150.

A PSD letter documents a disability-related need based on a clinical evaluation. It does not certify, register or train a dog. A psychiatric service dog must be trained to perform tasks related to the handler's disability.
