What can I expect in a therapy session?

Each session is a space where you’re invited to slow down, reflect, and feel seen without judgment. We’ll start by exploring what brought you to therapy and collaborate on your goals. Whether you need a place to process trauma, navigate parenting stress, or reconnect with yourself, sessions are always led at a pace that feels safe for you.

How can I schedule a consultation?

How long is each session, and how often will we meet?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency, though we can adjust based on your needs and goals.

Do you offer in-person or virtual therapy?

We currently provide virtual sessions for clients in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Texas. Many clients like the convenience of therapy from home. We plan to offer in-office sessions soon. Stay tuned!

What are your rates?

Therapist rates differ. You can talk about this in your consultation. We have a few sliding scale spots for those needing financial help—just ask during your consultation.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we are currently in network with several major insurance companies! Please send us an inquiry, and we would be happy to verify your benefits and assist with claims submission.

If you are uninsured or paying out of pocket, we can provide supervised session documentation for you to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Feel free to reach out with any questions about using your insurance or benefits.

Is what I share in therapy confidential?

Yes—confidentiality is a core part of the therapeutic relationship. Everything you share in session is private, with a few legal exceptions (such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or suspected abuse). These limits will be fully explained in your intake paperwork.

How do I get started?

The first step is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to briefly connect, explore your needs, and see if we’re a good fit. From there, we can schedule your first full session.
