LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR CANDIDATE
Hello!
I’m Angela, I believe meaningful change begins within - each person holds the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive. I see therapy as a space to reconnect with your inner compass and reshape the stories that may feel limiting. These narratives, often shaped by painful experiences, can be transformed into sources of clarity, compassion, and growth.
My approach is person-centered and solution-focused, and I tailor each session to your goals and lived experience. I strive to create a place where you can show up fully and explore what matters most to you.
In our work together, we may explore five core emotional wounds: rejection, abandonment, humiliation, betrayal, and injustice. These experiences can shape identity and relationships. Acknowledging them without judgment opens the door to resilience and insight. Insight creates space for new choices, deeper self-understanding, and more fulfilling relationships.
Whether you're navigating transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, or seeking deeper self-awareness, I’m here to support you on your journey.
