LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

Hey!

I am a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas San Antonio (2020), specializing in helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and challenges in interpersonal relationships. I have extensive experience supporting veterans, survivors of abuse, and those impacted by domestic violence. My areas of expertise include anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, body image concerns, grief, and managing the overwhelm of everyday life.

I tailor therapy to your pace and needs, taking the time to understand your unique challenges and goals. I am trained in evidence-based approaches including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, attachment theory, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating. Building a genuine, trusting relationship with my clients is my top priority. I aim to be approachable, human, and responsive—not just a therapist who nods along. My goal is to find what works best for you, understand what doesn’t, and align with your expectations of therapy. I am always curious about the kind of therapist you are looking for and committed to creating a supportive space where you can feel heard and understood.
