Hi, I’m Adriana!

Anxiety Tamer, Crown Straightener, Depression Navigator. I recently earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. Originally from Romania, I’ve lived in the U.S. for over 15 years, and I bring my diverse experiences and perspective into my work with clients.

I’m passionate about helping people untangle the weight of anxiety, rebuild confidence, and discover new ways forward. In our work together, I’ll support you in uncovering the roots of your worries, managing racing thoughts, and developing coping strategies that truly fit your life. My approach is collaborative and supportive—I act as a sounding board as you process emotions while encouraging you to take responsibility for your growth. Together, we’ll work on building confidence, regaining a sense of control, and facing life’s challenges with resilience and your head held high. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can speak openly, gain clarity, and make meaningful, positive changes.

When I’m not working, I love reading, biking, hiking, traveling, paddle boarding, exploring new restaurants, and trying cuisines from around the world.
