A little about Hope Counseling, PLLC: I’m creating a warm, supportive practice that prioritizes both clinician and client well-being. We handle much of the administrative work behind the scenes so therapists can focus on meaningful, high-quality, relational care, all while maintaining flexibility and autonomy.

Some highlights of the role:

  • Flexible schedule (up to 27 client hours/week) with telehealth across Colorado

  • Support with billing, credentialing, intake, and marketing

  • Malpractice insurance and HIPAA-compliant tools provided

  • Clinical consultation groups and supervision

  • Compensation: $65/hour for fully licensed clinicians

  • Paid team meetings

  • Employee benefits including paid sick leave, FAMLI, and workers’ compensation

As a new group practice, I’m not yet able to offer additional benefits, but this is a goal for the near future and may include:

  • Stipends for additional training

  • PTO

  • Retirement

  • Medical benefits

  • Paid clinical administrative work

We’re looking for Colorado-licensed clinicians who are passionate about trauma-informed, relational care and value ethical, evidence-based practice. This role is ideal for someone wanting the stability of a W-2 position without sacrificing flexibility or clinical integrity.

If this feels like a good fit, I’d love to connect and explore whether Hope Counseling could be a meaningful next step for you. Please feel free to send your resume and a brief note about your clinical interests.
